Eff the RIAA, pt. 2.

The MPAA and RIAA are attempting to add “network management techniques” (translation: spying on Internet users) to the economic stimulus wad. This would be a huge invasion of privacy, if for no other reason than it would allow ISPs to spy on everything you do without cause.
