Jul 08The Fitness Project, Day 1
Edit: I actually wrote this yesterday, but while messing with WordPress, I deleted it.

I’m now solidly (squishily?) over 200lbs. It’s time to fix this.
Yesterday morning, Katy and I went running. It was probably the first time I’ve run more than 100m in about six months, it was above 80F at 830am, and it was humid as hell.
The goal is to get in better shape, lose 15-20lbs. and not fall out from heat stroke. Anyone with indoor exercise techniques, feel free to weigh in.

Personally I love to run…no matter how hot it is. Why don’t you try Bikram yoga. Guaranteed you will loose weight.

have you tried WII FIT?
you could also get a personal trainer at a local gym.
